This new training course from the originators of the Low Arousal Approach, Studio 3,  is designed for anyone seeking to better understand the causes of stress, and why and how they impact the life experience of autistic adults and children.

 

Learn how to reframe assumptions about behaviour through a human lens, reduce stress using Low Arousal Approaches, and understand your own and others’ arousal level, triggers, and overall well-being. Explore the commonalities and differences we all share through this flexible training course, delivered online in 2 full days.

Courses start from October 2025

Attendance is for two consecutive full days running from 9am – 5pm

 

Full day courses include a 30-minute comfort break during the morning session, a 1 hour lunch break, and 30 minute comfort break during the afternoon

This course is delivered and supported by two trainers
