Claire Fennell

Claire brings operational management experience from working in charitable and public sector social care rights-based services over many years providing services to children, adults and families from early years onwards including residential care, outreach support, employment support, SureStart, education and statutory advocacy.

Claire is passionate about the rights of vulnerable children and adults, in particular people with learning disabilities and autism. Claire has lived experience as a sibling of someone who has complex needs which led her into the field and to undertake a specialist degree (BA (Hons) Social & Professional Studies Learning Disabilities).

Claire has been involved in the development, funding and commissioning of new and existing services, including the management of grants and public sector contracts. It is her role at Studio 3 to support the operational teams in providing quality, safe, and impactful services.
