Experienced Crisis Management practitioners
Senior staff, practice leads and managers
Managers responsible for staff development
Organisations scaling up across teams
What this training supports
This scheme supports organisations to build internal training capability that is consistent, safe and values-led, not just compliant.
Build confident, competent internal trainers
Maintain fidelity to Studio 3's Low Arousal ethos
Reduce unsafe interpretation of Crisis Management training
Protect people, staff and services from harm
Meet governance, regulatory and duty-of-care responsibilities
The Studio 3 approach
Studio 3 are the originators of the Low Arousal Approach.
Our Crisis Management training does not place physical intervention at the centre of practice.

Physical intervention is taught only where identified as necessary, positioned as a last resort within a clear Human Rights-based framework. Train the Trainer exists to protect this approach as it is passed on to others.
