How the therapy pathway works

Support is tailored to each individual. Every pathway typically follows four stages, but always adapts to what the person needs.

Submit Referral

If you would like to refer an individual for support, please select the appropriate referral form below. Once submitted, a member of the Studio 3 team will review the information and respond as soon as possible.

Adult Referral

Refer a child or young person for assessment or therapeutic support rooted in the Low Arousal Approach. Takes around 5 minutes to complete.

Referral

Seeking support for yourself or someone close to you? Refer directly for therapy, counselling or assessment. We'll respond within 2 working days.
