Support for Practitioners & Professionals

Practitioners and professionals working in care and support roles are often expected to remain calm, reflective and effective in situations that are emotionally demanding and unpredictable.

Training for professional practice

Training at Studio 3 combines evidence-based clinical insight with practical training and reflective support.

Our work helps practitioners and professionals  working in complex, high-pressure caring roles to respond to distress with confidence, reflection and skill.

Our programmes are grounded in Low Arousal approaches, trauma-informed practice and real-world experience across health, social care, education and community settings. Our training is designed to reduce harm, support practitioner wellbeing and create safer outcomes for everyone involved.
