"We have worked with Studio 3 for over 12 years, and the values and approaches they’ve shared have shaped a care environment we are incredibly proud of."
Our approach
We do not arrive with pre-set solutions.
Our work begins by carefully scoping the needs of the service, its staff and the people it supports.
Drawing on clinical expertise, consultancy experience and workforce development practice, we shape support that fits the specific context, challenges and goals of each organisation.
Support may include clinical consultation, training, coaching or a combination of all three.
We work at all levels of organisations, alongside leaders, managers and frontline teams, to build confidence, reduce risk and support sustainable improvement.
We work alongside services, not above them.
When organisations
work with us
Organisations typically engage Studio 3 when they are:
-
experiencing challenge, instability or crisis
-
responding to inspection or regulatory scrutiny
-
managing organisational change or transition
-
developing new services or new ways of working
-
facing workforce strain or sustained operational pressure

FAQ's from Organisations and Service providers
You don't need to replace everything. Studio 3 works alongside existing frameworks. The question is whether your current approach is reducing restrictive practices, or just managing them. That's where we focus.
Yes. Bespoke packages are available for organisations of all sizes, across residential, hospital, school, and community settings. Contact us to discuss scope and scheduling.
It gives you in-house capacity. Rather than relying on external training each year, your own accredited trainers can deliver the Low Arousal Approach internally — with Studio 3 quality standards maintained.
Yes. The LASER Approach is a whole-school programme designed for mainstream and specialist education settings. It includes ongoing supervision and is flexible by design.
Submit a training enquiry via the website and a member of the team will respond. For larger or complex requirements, we'd recommend a call first to scope what's needed.
