Working as a Studio 3 Associate
If you are a Psychologist, Therapist, Counsellor, Speech and Language Therapist or Occupational Therapist looking to take on Independent work with the support of a trusted organisation and like-minded clinicians, we would love to hear from you!

We are currently seeking associates whose expertise complements our approaches to supporting individuals.
We are particularly looking for those with experience of supporting neurodivergent young people and adults, and who share our values of working with non-aversive Low Arousal Approaches.

As an Associate, you may contribute to:
​

delivering training programmes
-
supporting organisations through consultancy
-
working directly with teams and individuals
-
helping embed Low Arousal approaches in practice
​
Our associate model allows professionals to work flexibly while being part of a wider network grounded in shared values and standards.
Qualifications & Experience
Requirements will vary depending on the role, but may include:

relevant professional qualifications (e.g. psychology, education, health or social care)
-
experience working with neurodivergent individuals or complex needs
-
training or experience in behaviour support approaches
-
experience delivering training or working with groups (for associate trainers)

We also value lived experience and practical knowledge alongside formal qualifications.
