BSocSc (Hons), BSc IT (Hons), Dip Tr & Dev (Distinction). Paul has recently joined the Studio 3 team in the role of Lead Trainer in Ireland. He delivers courses on Managing Behaviours of Concern, co-ordinates and delivers the Irish ‘Train the Trainer’ schemes, and he tutors on the Atlass programme in both the UK and Ireland. Paul also offers advice and support to the Studio 3 Clinical Practitioners who work in various intellectual disability services in Ireland.

Paul has over 20 years’ experience in the field of behaviours of concern working directly with service users as well as training and supporting staff teams on the ground. Paul is also a qualified TEACCH trainer and has a strong interest in positive interventions for people on the autistic spectrum.

Apart from the different staff training commitments, Paul’s other areas of expertise include; behavioural risk assessment, developing proactive and reactive strategies, supporting families, functional assessment, developing policies, auditing service quality, as well as supporting and coaching staff.
