About Us

Studio 3 is a highly specialised small independent organisation providing mental health and wellbeing services and evidence based behaviour support training across the UK, Europe. We are the originators of the Low Arousal Approach, a non-aversive approach to managing distress, with a focus on the behaviour of the supporters. Our philosophies and practice focus on individualised care; trauma informed approaches; eliminating restraint and seclusion; and listening to people with lived experience. We support children and adults with complex and challenging lives and the carers who support them; including schools, foster carers, care providers, hospitals and commissioning organisations.

The Role

As a Studio 3 Assistant Psychologist, you will work dynamically alongside our Psychologists and experts to deliver commissioned assessments and support packages directly with individuals and carers in the UK. We are looking for a dedicated, resilient individual who shares our passion for the rights of individuals who can work within agreed plans and deadlines.
