WORKING IN CARE THE LEGAL PERSPECTIVE
The Eaton Hotel, Hagley Road, Birmingham.
Monday 3rd December, 2007

This one-day workshop is an element of Studio III’s Training the Trainer scheme and has proved to be a very popular event over the years, so much so that we are regularly asked if non scheme members can also attend. The reality of Human Rights Legislation
The impact of the Mental Capacity Act
Legal issues surrounding behavioural management
Issues concerning consent
Legal surgery
