Why does Spetember always feel more of a change than say spring or even new year, its not just as its the beginning of most academic establishments year is it?

I was "stuck in Birmingham" alot early summer and then off for a well deserved few weeks. Then back into a spurt of been up north and on the road, was nice to do a few educational settings for courses, a change for me and i have also done a few follow up days and the general view in the settings i were in was that the use of physical interventions were rare or decreasing, which is what we like to hear!
