Yeah I saw this and felt sick.
Looking at what might happen to my parents and myself, after witnessing my grandparents care, was a factor that led me to work for Studio3 - can we all be involved in becoming part of the solution before we are recipients of the care.

I have just watched this and wonder if anything will ever improve- I recall Barabara Robb's book Sans Everything in the 1960's; Nothing has changed. As a society we value elderly and disabled people less than we value our animals. the mismatch between the rhetoric and the level of resources is bigger than ever. :neutral:

Very happy for you to use. Have just seen the programme again - the weasel words of that inspector made my skin crawl. These people are a major part of the problem
