just wondering anyone doing any work around service users who are nearly always verbal ,no speech , just a constant wofting sound biggest area of concern it appears to happen equally on transport and during day service , (other service users and drivers getting really upset by constant vocalisations) things tried activities while on transport , music , staff sitting with him (has worked but not feasable always) other distractors used , still issue , any help or advice
