Deadly restraint

This is a link to a study which took place in 1998, entitled Hartford Courant Deadly Restraint Investigation Data Base. It looks at data from 1988 to 1998, where 142 restraint related deaths occurred. The aim was to shed light on deaths of psychiatric or developmentally disabled patients, shortly after or during they were restrained or secluded.
