INCLUSION – WALKING THE TALK (a working conference ) at the Dexia Conference Centre, Brussels on April 3rd and 4th 2008.
“In Europe we are learning fast that inclusion and the achievement of good ordinary lives by disabled people is not simply a matter of social and fiscal policy or service quality. Inclusion, we think, is essentially a cultural issue; with self-determination, rights and responsibilities, and the very nature of families and communities at its core.”
