Welcome to our 3rd Quarter Newsletter for 2016 – This selection of articles and links is designed to introduce you to the information and where to find it – the theme of our Newsletters is a ‘helping hand’ from Studio 3.

Atlass programme candidates to receive University accreditation

We are pleased to announce that subject to final approval our programmes in Stress and Wellbeing will receive accreditation from Birmingham City University.  This means that candidates who pass assessments will receive credits under what is known as the Credit Accumulation and Transfer Scheme (CATS).

What is flow? Flow is a concept developed by Professor Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi. Flow occurs when people are engaged in controllable but challenging tasks. Usually these activities require a considerable amount of skill (ie running, sailing stimulating conversation.)

Studio 3 North America – Meet the Trainers

Organisational Change in Canada

Dr Rohit Shankar Speaking on Adult Developmental Neuropsychiatry

At Studio 3 on Monday 24th October in Alcester , Warwickshire

Dr Shankar is a Consultant in adult developmental neuropsychiatry at the Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. Dr Shankar is also an honorary associate professor at the Exeter Medical School. Dr Shankar was involved in the development of an app to assist people in understanding epilepsy. The day is primarily for Studio 3 staff and trainers, but limited places may be available on request.
